Whatever your event, we can accommodate you. From a Black Tie Charity Ball to a Corporate Team Builder, we have the facilities to cover the event utilising some of the best equipment and photographic expertise available.

On-Site Printing and Viewing Facilities.

Every event that we attend can include on-site viewing stations and immediate printing so that you can view, choose and print within minutes. We use the very latest professional printers that can produce the highest quality, durable portraits available. The photographs are then inserted in to an attractive mount and then placed in a transparent carrier. What better way to take a memento of the day home with you.

What is this magical “Green-Screen” system?

We have all seen it on TV, using CGI – Computer Generated Imagery! We are one of the only photographers in Kent that have this down to a fine art. The photographers and assistant are always on hand to guide you through every step! From relaxing you in front of the camera, to helping you choose your pose and selecting a background! Taj Mahal? Hollywood? Disco Lights? Hearts? Old Master Backdrop? Dinosaurs? We offer a varied section for your guests to choose from! (including
plain ones!)

We are full-time professional photographers! All our equipment is regularly serviced, updated and PAT tested. We carry the appropriate insurances. But most of all, we make sure the event is FUN for you and your guests!

What is the cost of all this?

We keep our prices simple! so that it will fit in with your budget. Prices below are for local events in and around Kent. (We reserve the right to amend these prices accordingly).

Party Option One – “Traditional”

This service is the most popular for Dinner & Dances, Ladies Festivals and Charity events. There is no fee for us to set up at your event, and we then charge £12 per 6” x 9” photograph that is required.

For events of less than 90 guests, we ask for £100 attendance fee, £50 is refunded once 10 photos have been purchased.

We also offer 12″ x 8″ (A4 size) portraits at £20 or £30 in a frame.

Party Option Two – “Subsidised”

Great for Banquets and for the less formal gatherings! We charge a £295 fee to set up the studio and printing station. Your guests are then charged just £5 for the 6” x 9″ photographs that they wish to purchase.

Party Option Three – “Pre-Paid”

£695 Fee. We set up our studio and will print up to 100 6” x 9” portraits, so your guests have no costs and take home a lovely memento of your special event. Additional photos can be pre-bought at £60 per ten.

Party Option Four – “Party-Pix”

Unlimited photos! Our most popular coverage for parties is our “Party-Pix” service. We set up our green-screen studio; have a pre-designed backdrop tailored to your requirement and bring along a box of props for your guest to use in their photos.  Every image taken is printed as a 6″ x 4″s instantly on our automatic printing station.

We will then upload all the images to Dropbox for you!

We operate the studio for 2 hours for a £545, 3 hours for £6455 or 4 hours for £745.

Wedding “Party-Pix”

Set up as above, but with the added bonus that we print TWO copies of each photo. One for your guests and another in an album for guests to leave a message for the happy couple. 

We operate the studio for 2 hours for a £695, 3 hours for £785 or 4 hours for £865.

Party Option Five – “Selfie Booth”

This “Selfie Booth” service is great coverage for birthday parties and corporate events alike.

We set up our camera where ever you want it; bring along a box of props and let your guest loose on it!


Images taken is printed instantly on to 6″ x 4″ size photographs. For group shots, we can print a copy for each person in the group.

For unlimited printing, we operate the Selfie  Booth for:

        Two hours for a £395

        Three hours for £470

        Four hours for £545,  additional hours at £75 per hour.

 Second set of prints and a guest book to leave comments £195 


Party Option Six – Social Media Selfie Booth

As above with all images uploaded to social media instead of printing (internet connection dependant at the venue)

        Two hours for a £265

        Three hours for £335

        Four hours for £395,  additional hours at £60 per hour.

Party Option Seven – “Roving Reporter”

There to catch people arriving (especially if they have flashy transportation!) and mingle with the guests to get some great candid, posed and fun photos. We are there for 2 to  3 hours, and upload all the images to our Dropbox site or to a Facebook page. This can be done live depending on the WIFI or data connection at the venue. We charge £345 for a Friday or Saturday night and £295 any other night.
